1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 4bdt website, applications, and all associated services accessible at https://4bdt.io.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual user on the 4bdt platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account under a 4bdt promotion.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sportsbook event, casino game, slot title, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.
• "Verification" refers to the identity and age-verification process required by 4bdt before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "Prohibited Activity" refers to any conduct listed in Section 10 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and money laundering.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 4bdt platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. The act of registering an Account constitutes unambiguous acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 4bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by 4bdt.

4bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform's news section or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to hold a 4bdt Account and use the Platform's services, you must satisfy each of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as agent or representative for any third party.
• You are not registered or acting under a self-exclusion or cooling-off arrangement with 4bdt or with any other gambling platform.
• You have not previously had an Account with 4bdt suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and your own.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4bdt reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant and to close any existing Account where it determines that eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met, without being required to state a reason.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a 4bdt Account, you must provide a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. Additional information — including your full legal name, date of birth, and registered payment method details — may be required prior to the processing of withdrawals. You are responsible for ensuring all registration details are accurate and kept up to date. Changes to your registered details must be submitted to the support team via live chat or email at [email protected].

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold one Account only. Operating multiple simultaneous Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple Accounts are identified, 4bdt reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit all balances and pending winnings, and permanently bar the Player from re-registering.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. 4bdt will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 4bdt immediately at [email protected]. 4bdt accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to exercise reasonable care over their login credentials.

5. Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your 4bdt Account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however 4bdt reserves the right to request documentation for deposits that exceed thresholds established under its internal anti-money-laundering procedures.

4bdt currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4bdt does not offer credit. All wagering must be funded from your deposited real-money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds. You acknowledge that depositing funds and placing wagers carries an inherent risk of financial loss.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method registered on your 4bdt Account. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on file, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the Account Verification process by providing valid identification documentation. Verification documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of registered payment method ownership. 4bdt aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad accounts within the same business day for verified accounts in good standing, subject to volume and system availability.

• Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds.
• 4bdt reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to unverified third-party accounts will be refused and returned to your Account Balance.
• In the event that a withdrawal is returned due to incorrect payment details provided by the Player, re-processing charges may apply.
• 4bdt reserves the right to set individual withdrawal limits on a per-account basis where risk controls require it.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

4bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Each bonus offer is governed by specific terms — including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and validity periods — that are published alongside the offer at the time of its availability on the Platform.

General conditions that apply to all 4bdt bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise are as follows:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total of the bonus amount received, or on the bonus plus the qualifying deposit, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Real-money Balance is used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless the player explicitly selects a bonus to activate.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another party.
• 4bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single-use offer, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to convert bonus funds — is detected, 4bdt reserves the right to void the bonus, void related winnings, and suspend the Account pending investigation.

8. Betting Rules

All sports betting on the 4bdt platform — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets — is subject to the 4bdt Sportsbook Rules, which are published in full on the Platform and incorporated herein by reference. The following general betting principles apply to all wagers placed on 4bdt:

• A Bet is confirmed and binding at the moment it is accepted by the 4bdt system and a Bet Reference is issued to the Player.
• Odds displayed at the time a Bet is placed are the odds that will apply to that Bet, except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds (including but not limited to obvious data feed errors or pricing mistakes), 4bdt reserves the right to void the affected Bet and return the stake to the Player's Account Balance.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the 4bdt trading team and may be suspended at any time during an event.
• 4bdt reserves the right to limit stakes on any market at any time, including on a per-account basis, without being required to provide a reason.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not complete under conditions that satisfy the relevant settlement rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the Sportsbook Rules.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs.

9. Casino and Slots

The 4bdt Casino and Slots products are provided through integrations with licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. All casino and slot titles operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are subject to independent third-party auditing for fairness and randomness.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are published by the respective game provider and are available within the game information panel of each title. 4bdt does not modify the RTP of any third-party game. 10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4bdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of your Account, the forfeiture of your Balance, and, where applicable, a report to the relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under Bangladeshi law or international standards.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any technical vulnerability.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies in a manner that is not consistent with genuine recreational wagering.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, fictitious identities, or systematic wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements.
• Engaging in conduct that 4bdt determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its other players, or its operations.

11. Responsible Gaming

4bdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. The Platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools designed to support healthy gambling habits, all of which are accessible through the Account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling period for increases.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may define a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of betting activity for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 4bdt platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 4bdt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 4bdt name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 4bdt.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to resell or commercialise any Platform content, to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes, to frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark or other proprietary information, or to use any meta tags or other hidden text using 4bdt's name or trademarks without express written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4bdt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Without limiting the foregoing, 4bdt expressly disclaims all liability for: failures or delays caused by events outside 4bdt's reasonable control (force majeure); third-party game provider outages or errors; telecommunications or internet service provider failures; and any loss suffered as a consequence of a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.

14. Privacy and Data

4bdt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available in full at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications). 4bdt will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers operating on 4bdt's behalf under appropriate data processing agreements, or where required by law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

4bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://4bdt.io/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the current version. Where amendments are material in nature, 4bdt will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to registered players.

Your continued use of the 4bdt platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 4bdt is incorporated. Players agree that any dispute arising from their use of the Platform shall first be submitted to 4bdt's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

4bdt aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available to them.
